PulsePro can collect, process, report and analyze comprehensive patient and insurance data in real time, providing immediate and pertinent information to guide users in making timely, well-informed decisions. The easy-to-learn system is based on familiar Microsoft technology, which minimizes training time and maximizes productivity. PulsePro is also built on a modular-based open architecture to allow for future growth within the network as new technologies enter the marketplace, and boasts robust security mechanisms to ensure data protection and confidentiality.

Flexible patient management allowing up to three insurance carriers (per patient) with detailed information on benefits, co-pays and deductibles; profiling based on provider, POS and carrier; visit counting; appointment scheduling and patient reminders

Claims Management with scan-to-file capability for insurance card information and other vital documents; pre-authorization warning; electronic claims; and sort capabilities by non-covered, capitated and non-capitated status by carrier

Electronic Data Interchange with the ability to amend patient charts for diagnosis to procedure changes and new vs. established procedure edits utilizing the custom report writer feature

Reporting PulsePro and CMC can provide the report and analytics necessary to ensure your billing and AR systems are efficient and effective in the collection/revenue cycle. Many reports are generated from Pulse and others are completed in excel by skilled CMC accounting staff.

Clients have access to the CMC-PulsePro network for day-to-day billing operations and helpdesk support. CMC also offers cash receipt and lock box processing functions, and general supervision and guidance of all billing procedures. Pulse™ systems are compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) mandates and all functions are executed in accordance with GAAP.
